VSE was established in 1959 and is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.  VSE provides complete range of engineering, technical/logistics support, information technology, systems integration, and management services.  This includes engineering, development, testing, maintenance, management and IT services to maintain and modernize equipment and systems.  VSE also provides telecommunications technology and security services, management science training and support, and environmental compliance support.  VSE's BAV Division brings specific expertise as the contractor for PMS 380's ship activation, transfer and follow-on support program.
