Basgier and Associates is a Virginia Beach, VA based Division of NDI, L.L.C., an affiliate of NDI Engineering Company.
HISTORY
The firm of Basgier and Associates, a Division of NDI, L.L.C., was originally established in 1948, as a sole proprietorship and operated under the name of Frank D. Tarrall, Jr. and Associates. On January 1, 1969, the firm began operating as a partnership under the ownership of Warner G. Marsh and Joseph J. Basgier. The firm's name was changed to Marsh and Basgier on July 1, 1970 and on February 28, 1973, when the firm incorporated, the name became Marsh and Basgier, Inc., P.C. Following the disassociation of Wamer G. Marsh from the company in April of 1981, the firm's name was changed to Basgier and Associates, A Professional Corporation. On April 1, 1991 Joseph J. Basgier retired from the firm and William E. Uebelhoer became the president. On July 31, 2000 the firm was reorganized as a Division of NDI, L.L.C. but remains under the local direction of William E. Uebelhoer, P.E., President.
