Walton, Mulvena & Associates is the Municipal Engineering Division of NDI ENGINEERING COMPANY.

HISTORY

The Municipal Engineering Division of NDI ENGINEERING COMPANY evolved from the municipal engineering practice established by       Mr. F. Clark "Sande" Walton, P.E. in 1974. Mr. Walton operated as  a  sole proprietorship until 1990. In 1990, the practice came under the management of NDI ENGINEERING COMPANY and evolved into the Walton, Mulvena & Associates Division in 2010.

The firm provides civil engineering, municipal engineering, public works project management and and constituent relations services  to communities in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
